According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the owner of the online store must specify the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a disclaimer is referred to as a Distance Agreement.

Delivery and Payment Procedure
The Buyer orders goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of the goods. The Buyer can pay for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the Online Store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the product within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Product by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal form to the Buyer via email upo
The Buyer is obliged to return the product to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with shipping the product back to the Seller shall be covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer CANNOT exercise the right of withdrawal if:
the ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, are perishable, or are consumed quickly;
the ordered goods are custom-made directly for the Buyer according to an individual order (Personalized designs are non-refundable!);
the Buyer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording, or computer software.
Section 12, Paragraph Six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the product is damaged, handled carelessly during use, or if the instructions were not followed, if the original packaging of the product is lost, or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
