HOW TO CARE FOR EMBROIDERED CLOTHING
Embroidered clothing should be washed at 40°C (104°F), turning the garment inside out. Washing it inside out reduces friction between the embroidery and other clothes or the walls of the washing machine. This helps prevent the embroidery threads from tangling or losing their shape.
You can iron embroidered clothing, but please choose a low temperature setting. Do not leave the iron on the embroidery for too long. For the best results, we recommend using a steam iron instead.
Do not pull the threads or poke the embroidery with sharp objects. Although the embroidery is firmly stitched into the garment, it can start to unravel if poked with sharp items. On the reverse side of the clothing, you will see backing threads—under no circumstances should these threads be cut or pulled! If you are curious or have any concerns, feel free to contact us. The threads will keep their perfect shape as long as our care instructions are followed.
Do not use a tumble dryer! The heat and motion of a dryer can deform and warp the embroidery.
